Transfers to null address are interpreted as Contract Deployment when they are not

Describe the bug There's a bad interpretation of the transaction for infimal transfers to 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000. Currently is interpreted as Contract Deployment when it's a TLOS transfer.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to this transaction
2. Check how the "internal transactions" tab says it's a transfer (of 0.000000000000000016 TLOS)
3. Check Overview, it says "Contract Deployment" when is not

Expected behavior It should say it's a transfer
