Remember the state of the source code tabs (expanded/collapsed)

Description

Currently, we show all source code tabs expanded by default and the user can easily adapt them to a custom configuration of expanded and collapsed tabs. However, this could be tedious if the user has to do it all over again each time he accesses the same section.

Acceptance Criteria

Each time the user expands or collapses a file, it should be remembered in local storage. If the user refreshes the page, that same setting should be applied.
