Site asks for metamask connection after refresh if user refused to connect once.

Describe the bug

When attempting to connect with Metamask on Teloscan, if the user cancels the connection request instead of confirming it, Metamask will continue to ask for a connection each time the page is refreshed or reopened. The expected behavior is that if the user cancels the connection request, the site should not continue to ask for connections on subsequent page refreshes.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Teloscan website.

2. Click on the "Connect Wallet" button to initiate the Metamask connection process.

3. In the Metamask popup, click "Cancel" instead of confirming the connection request.

4. Refresh the page or open it again in a new tab.

5. Observe that Metamask continues to ask for a connection each time the page is refreshed or reopened.

Expected behavior

• If the user cancels the Metamask connection request, the site should not continue to ask for connections on subsequent page refreshes or when the page is reopened.

Actual behavior

• Even after canceling the Metamask connection request, the site continues to ask for a connection each time the page is refreshed or reopened.
