Bug - the price fetching has no timeout

Describe the bug Currently, we have a problem with the endpoint for the TLOS price, which is causing the homepage to enter a loop querying the same data repeatedly. To avoid that, we need to implement a timeout for it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the home page
  2. See error

Expected behavior It should stop loading at some point and show "--" instead.
