Redesign - Last Details

• [x] Borders on the navbar on both light and dark theme could be lighter and thinner in color, barely noticeable but enough to "contout" the buttons
• [x] View all blocks and view all transactions should both be "center mouse clickable" (able to be opened in a new tab) they currently aren't
• [x] Tables on the rest of the site should have the same border radius as the latest block and txns one (we like em curved)
• [x] Price is showing as 0 for a long time on home page
• [x] Tables should have same shadow effect as block list and home page
• [x] 2 decimal places on Amount of gas per block on latest block page
• [x] icon in the homepage info does not look good

• [x] I cant center mouse click view all blocks or view latest transactions
• [x] price on this branch is slow still, more than 3 seconds slow
• [x] Blocks with 0 tlos should say 0 instead of 0.00
• [x] can we reduce the border on the info icon so its barely visible?
