Notification text not visible on dark mode

Describe the bug When using dark mode, the notifications signs have a wrong color set making the text not visible

To Reproduce

1. Login in Metamask and select Ethereum chain
2. Go to the teloscan site
3. Login using Metamask -> It should prompt to switch the Chain (accept)
4. A notification sign should appear saying Chain successfully switched but you can't read it (see screenshot below)

Expected behavior All notifications should be readable in both light and dark modes.
