Fix Transactions Page and Blocks Page on Mobile

Describe the bug Currently, the table shown on both pages is breaking on mobile because it does not create a proper horizontal scroll. Instead, the tables remain rigid, forcing the page to be wider than it should making the footer scroll horizontally.

To Reproduce 1 - Go to blocks page 2 - scroll dow until you see the footer 3 - scroll horizontally to see the table 4 - The footer scrolls too

The same happens on Transactions Page

Expected behavior Footer should be rigid and the table should have its own horizontal scroll container
