Unable to execute transactions using Brave wallet (desktop)

Describe the bug Cannot complete transactions using Brave wallet. The wallet is 'unable to fetch fee estimates' in transaction review blocking execution. This is an issue with the wallet itself as simple transfers on Telos no longer work. This was previously working (and still works on mobile). Does not appear to be an rpc issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Disable all wallet extensions
  2. Open brave wallet
  3. Attempt to transfer TLOS to another account
  4. See 'unable to fetch fee estimates error' in transaction review blocking execution

  • Browser: Brave
  • Version: 1.62.165, 1.63.161

Additional context Works on Android 14, Brave Browser 1.162
