Acceptance Criteria:

• Create Blocks Page which will display a list of blocks by default ordered by block height descending
• Display by default 25 blocks on the table
• The table should allow you view the latest 20 million blocks
• should have a responsive design
• fields:
  • block
    • links to block page
  • age
    • show timestamps in relative time, e.g. 1 hr 10 mins ago n hover or press, , display tooltip and show the timestamps in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
  • txns (number of transactions)
    • link to transactions filtered by block number
  • Gas Used
