Failed video source is still added to the database

Operating environment (Docker/Windows/Linux/QNAP, etc.): OS X

Description of problem: I added a new video source without entering the URL. I then added it again with the URL and all was fine. However, on the next launch I received an error. Checking the database revealed that the incomplete video source had been written to the DB. I deleted it there and was able to start the appication.
