[Bug][Stepper] There is no option for changing the SVGIcons from the Stepper directly

Describe the bug Currently, it is possible to change the icons only by setting them to each Step.

Expected behavior It should be possible to override the SVG icons from the Stepper directly (as it was working with the font-icons). We need to introduce new properties for changing all SVG icons: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-vue-ui/components/layout/api/StepperProps/
