[Bug][TreeList] Column resizing has inconsistent behavior and is unusable

Describe the bug Resizing the TreeList columns causes the width to jump and it makes the resizing impossible.

To Reproduce Open the following example and try resizing few columns (the issue is less observable for the first column): https://stackblitz.com/edit/jslk6z?file=src%2Fmain.vue
