Describe the bug Moving forward to the coming leap years shortens the event by one day

To Reproduce

1. Open this stackblitz: https://stackblitz.com/edit/mnyyzl-kfsg3u?file=src%2Fmain.vue
2. Navigate further until you reach a leap year and notice that the event is starting one day shorter.

Expected behavior The recurrent allDay event should not be shortened in leap years
