[Bug][DatePicker] With "yy" format for the year, entering the full year returns random

Describe the bug Setting "yy" format for the year of the DatePicker and entering for example "1960" will set "0960" as the year.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open the following example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/zmg7bk-swrue9?file=src%2Fmain.vue Focus the year part and start typing "1960". The new date will be "Sat Dec 20 0960" instead of "Sat Dec 20 1960"

Expected behavior The last 4 digits should be taken into account when setting the year
