Describe the bug The Splitter does not resize when placed inside a TabStrip

To Reproduce

  1. Open the following StackBlitz: https://stackblitz.com/edit/bo9ulf-kn7l7k?file=src%2Fmain.vue
  2. Try to resize the Splitter and observe that you can't

Expected behavior The Splitter should resize properly
