Validation message for resources in Scheduler edit popup disappears after blurring the MultiSelect

In an Scheduler edit popup that has a required MultiSelect, the validation message disappears after blurring the widget.

Regression introduced with 2020 R2

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/ufAmewEP/11
2. Create or edit a task
3. Remove the item in the MultiSelect and blur

Current behavior

The validation message disappears

Expected/desired behavior

The validation message should remain
