Scheduler slots become inaccessible with excessive all day events on day/week view

Bug report

A scheduler in day/week view with an excessive number of all day events will cause the all day slot to completely obscure the lower portion of the scheduler rendering events below inaccessible.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Go to https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/scheduler/index
2. Switch to day/week view
3. Create an all day event
4. Repeat step 3 until the lower portion gets squished and leaks out

Expected/desired behavior

One possible solution is to limit the maximum height of the all day slot and have it scroll separately from the header and lower portion when necessary.
