Spreadsheet duplicates its first row when "rows" and "frozenRows" have the same value

Reproduction of the problem

Dojo example.

Current behavior

The first row is duplicated.

Expected/desired behavior

The first row is not duplicated

Environment

  • Kendo UI version: 2022.3.913
  • Browser: [all]
