Gantt currentTimeMarker=false renders the marker on Timeline

Bug report

If currentTimeMarker option is set to false, initially the marker is not rendered on the Timeline. If, however, the window or the Splitter between the TreeList and the Timeline gets resized, the marker is rendered.

Reproduction of the problem

Could be observed on the following Dojo. Simply resize the window or move the Splitter after the Gantt was rendered. The marker will be displayed.
