Widget not persisting filter settings

Reproduction of the problem

It can be seen here http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/pivotgrid/remote-flat-data-binding 1.Toggle column menu for column country ( click the chevron/arrow) 2.Click "Include fields" 3.Expand "All countries" and make some subset selection, confirm selection 4.Again click "Include fields" and expand "All countries"

All countries are selected again, i.e. selected subset is not persisted.

Expected/desired behavior

To persist filter selection in that case ( in other demos it is ok , only in "Remote binding" it is failing )
