NVDA/JAWS is not narrating the number of items in the ComboBox list

NVDA/JAWS is not narrating the number of items in the ComboBox list.

In the DropDownList or the MultiSelect when moving through the items the reader will say - Item 5 of 10. In the ComboBox it will say only the item content.
