Provide an option to keep the default item in Upload when listItemUI is used.

This is needed as in many cases, we developer only needs to add an event listener or many a small change whilst the need to fully customized everything.

We use this in the Grid will the cellRender and in the Scheduler. Both approaches are different but serve the same end goal.
