Current behavior

When editing a Scheduler item, and selecting any of the Repeat options (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), the selected date from the DatePicker is not always applied correctly.

Expected behavior

The correct date should be applied from the DatePicker.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1. Open this example https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/scheduler/
2. Double click any of the items
3. Select Daily from the Repeat options
4. Check the On checkbox
5. Select 28, 28 is applied
6. Select 27, 26 is applied instead of 27
