[Bug][Scheduler] Incorrect Today date when setting timezone

Current behavior

When setting the timezone and pressing the "Today" button, the previous day is displayed in the view. When checking the applied date in the onDateChange method, the correct date is applied, but is not displayed correctly in the Scheduler.

Expected behavior

The Today buttons shows the date of today.

1. Set the timezone to any time zone
2. Press the today Button
3. The previous day is applied
