Scheduler EditableProp drag setting

When the editable prop of the Scheduler is set to false, all the settings are disabled including drag. However, when editable is set to the EditableProp drag, with the value of false, only the drag animation is disabled, but dragging will still be possible.

The issue can be workarounded by setting the editable prop of a CustomEditItem to false like demonstrated here: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-bmzdnr?file=src%2FCustomEditItem.jsx
