DatePicker doens't always allow 30 or 31 (for a day) when the day is manually typed in the input. The result is that only the second digit is persisted (0 or 1), easily reproducible when the component is focused through the keyboard:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/dateinputs/datepicker/
2. Navigate to the first DatePicker through the tab key
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the day number and change it to 30.

Result - it shows 0 instead of 30, or do not allow the user to change it at all
