[Uploads] Rendering UploadDropZoneDirective and FileSelectComponent/UploadComponent simultaneously prevents the dropping of text

Describe the bug Currently, using the FileSelectComponent/UploadComponent and the UploadDropZoneDirective simultaneously together with an input element prevents the user from dropping text inside the input (using touchpad).

To Reproduce

  1. Create a FileSelectComponent/UploadComponent.
  2. Utilize the built-in UploadDropZoneDirective.
  3. Render some text and an input element.
  4. Select the text, drag the text, and try to drop it inside the input.

Expected behavior With such a configuration, the user should be able to drop the text successfully inside the input element and the text should be visible there.
