Current behavior

Currently all links to events examples are broken pointing to page with non existing anchor.

Expected behavior

The correct page should be https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/charts/chart/events/

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Open https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/charts/api/ChartComponent/ and observe events section "see example" links.
