Recurrence Editor creates invalid interval when frequiency was changed

Describe the bug Wrong Repeat-Interval may be used if the user changes Frequency, without touching the interval-field again.

To Reproduce

1. Edit an event
2. Set Repeat to Daily and Repeat every to 2 day(s)
3. Change Repeat to Weekly (you'll see, Repeat every is still 2 week(s)
4. Save. The result has now a different Repeat of every 1 week(s) but not every 2 week(s) (as shown in the UI before).

Expected behavior Repeat every should be reset to 1, every time the user changes Frequency (as Kendo UI for jQuery does it).
