AxisHorizontalLocation and AxisVerticalLocation doesn't support both at the same time.

It would be interesting to draw the same axis on both sides, not only Left OR Right. It would also be interesting to add other axis other than only one horizontal and one vertical.

From the provided description it seems you are looking for a support of Multiple Axis that are already supported out of the box by the Chart.
