Consider Nuget package for JustAssembly Core

There are multiple reasons why it would be useful to use this API programmatically. Making it available via Nuget would be very helpful.

We haven't really thought of making JA's functionality available programmatically. That'd require coming up with a meaningful API first.

What use cases do you have in mind?
