Multiarch x86/arm build for tel2 image

Description

This PR updates the tel2/tel2-base image build to be multiarch so telepresence can be used in k8s clusters running on arm nodes.

Resolves #753

Seems like this issue just needs a little push :-) Hope to see it in next release.

Would be nice to be able to use telepresence with arm64

Maybe this link is useful in relation to ko publish issue.

@ming08108 Thanks a lot! This PR saved me a lot of time. We are migrating our infrastructure to arm, and no longer able to use official images

Telepresence is a great tool! This feature will be helpful for us. Hope to see it in the next release :)

Stumbled across the same error today on my oracle k3s cluster setup, would be awesome to have support for arm64 processors out of the box.

We deliver multi-arch binaries from getambassador.io since version 2.11.1.
