Cannot start container: failed to create endpoint on network bridge

I'm getting this odd error when I try to use docker compose up.

CannotStartContainerError: API error (500): Cannot start container XXXXXXXX: failed to create endpoint XXXXXXXX on network bridge: Bind for 0.0.0.0:30

I'm attempting to run these containers on AWS Ec2 Container Service.
