Hi @tommy-codez, thanks a lot for bringing this up. We'll take it into consideration - can you confirm that this is a "nice to have" and not an immediate requirement?

The plan is the following: @ChrisPaj will do some research on the possible use-cases and we take it from there. Would you be possibly open to contributing code once we gathered all the requirements, @tommy-codez?

yes its a "nice to have " for filter/textfields no urgent requirements...

@nowseemee this feature is something we're aked about regulary, so it would be nice to have it. In addition to this, suffix / prefix icons like here

would be a nice addon :D

Hi we're looking into this. We see two features here:

-leading icon in the text-field -suffix/reset button in text-field: there may be more features needed here (password show/hide, voice input, etc)
