Header menu: links in the new tab

Describe the feature request Hi! I've already mentioned here: https://github.com/telekom/scale/issues/1624, but maybe it's better to have separate issue. In our app all the menu items in header menu are external links. It would be great to have a prop like _blanc = true for opening links in new tab

@tshimber Thanks for suggestion. Can you please share code snippet? I will have idea where this object is being used. In new header this feature is already there.

I did some workaround, so I can survive without it) so as far as the new header should be used now in general case, I guess this issue can be closed)
