DropDown-Select looks buggy inside the Scale-Card

Framework and version Vue 3.2.38 Vite 3.1.0

Current Behavior When integrating the DropDown-Select component within a Scale Card (see minimal reproduction), the drop-down items are cut off when expanded. Apparently the z-index or the position attribute is wrong.

Expected Behavior Ideally, the list of drop-down items should be above the scale card. Alternatively, the scale card could also be enlarged accordingly when expanded.
