[Feature Request] Windows Hello Local Unlock (as alternative to/side by side with local passcode)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently I have fingerprint scanner which I would like to use to unlock local TG desktop (just like I can do it with a PIN).

Describe the solution you'd like

Make an integration with Windows Hello (the same way chromium ask you for local account password/pin/fingerprint when you press show password in passwords manager).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Directly allow usage of fingerprint devices as additional method to unlock the app.
