[Feature Request] Ask "Are you sure" before making Telegram Calls

The minimize window and the call buttons are very close to each other. This results in accidentally calling someone when you actually wanted to minimize the window. That someone is not happy with this either.

This has recently also happened to me. I wanted to minimize the window but I misclicked and accidentally called the person I was chatting with.

Since I rarely make calls I would really like to have a confirmation dialog show up before starting the call or be able to hide the call icon so that to start a call the person's profile must be opened first by clicking on their name.

Another option would be to move the call icon as suggested in #24111 so the risk of accidentally clicking the icon is lower

Please make this window optional in the settings. Only a small number of people need this confirmation window. This is very annoying and wastes time.

This shitty dialog is total disaster. Why somebody was so dumb to not make this shit optional? It's one of rare new telegram features that are total shit. I NEED TO DISABLE THIS NONSENSE
