After Premium subscription expires and if the main chat list was moved from the first spot, it doesn't go back

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get premium subscription
  2. Reorder the folders so the main chat list is not on the first spot
  3. Cancel premium subscription or wait for it to expire

Expected behaviour

Main chat list returns to the first spot

Actual behaviour

Main chat list stays at a non-first position, yet the folders edit window doesn't show it so it cannot be moved. Workaround is to restart the app
