[Suggestion] Shortcut Hotkey to Edit Contacts (Notes,Suggestion menu) (to speed avoid scrolling and cache check)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It make speed work for thouse who making additional notes to contacts

Desctop account menu panel grows as user have info and media files you have both in chat If you have addtional panel opened, you need scroll down to button edit.

Describe the solution you'd like

Pressing hotkey, like "CTLR+E" call "Edit contact menu" ( to edit contact or add notes)
