There is annoying bug which exists for a long time. When you open video and for example want to scroll forward while it not bufferized completely, loading icon appears and your CPU + GPU goes crazy (full 100% usage with no reason), its goes sometimes as "not responding" because of resource usage on full. I dont remember at what version it appeared, but it was a long time ago and still not fixed..

I dont remember at what version it appeared, but it was a long time ago and still not fixed..有一个恼人的 bug 已经存在很久了。比如，当你打开视频，想要在视频缓冲未完全完成的情况下向前滚动时，就会出现加载图标，并且你的 CPU + GPU 会疯狂运行（无缘无故地占用 100%），有时会因为资源占用过高而显示“无响应”。我不记得它出现在哪个版本了，但那是很久以前的事了，至今仍未修复。

don't hijack issues, also, how much is "long video"? beause i am playing one 1 hour and half video and already on 15 minutes.
