Steps to reproduce

  1. Prepare libraries
  2. Make .sln file
  3. Build Telegram.sln

Expected behaviour

It compiles the .exe file

Actual behaviour

Gives error in data_download_manager.cpp

no operator '|' matches these operands

in loadedList, return.
