Any chat window can be held down and dragged to the side to open a new chat window.

To reduce the number of false positives, you can implement this function via double-clicking.

final algorithm:

1. click on the chat preview.
2. almost immediately click and hold (standard delay when double-clicking)
3. with the mouse button held down, drag to the side.
