Steps to reproduce

1. Configure to turn on the screen saver or blank the screen in Windows settings.
2. Start a call in Telegram.

Expected behaviour

The screen saver or screen blanking does not turn on when the call window is active.

Actual behaviour

The screen saver or screen blanking is activated when the call window is active. To return to the Telegram window, you must enter your Windows password.
