Can't ban channel from reactions
Steps to reproduce
Someone uses a channel to spam our group by adding negative reactions to a lot of messages in our group. We can't ban it since it has never sent any messages.
Expected behaviour
A way to ban channels that only adds reactions from a group.
Actual behaviour
No way to do this in Telegram desktop (but I can do it via the API since the channel is public).
