Is your feature request related to a problem?

I'm subscribed to a bunch of foreign-language channels. On my phone, the channels are always automatically translated. On desktop, I always have to tell it to translate.

Describe the solution you'd like

Keep translation preferences per-chat. I want to be able to go into a channel I've told the app to translate once and see it always translated (until, for some reason, I tell it to stop).
