Media viewer menu blinking when forwarding any video

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any video.
2. In the lower right corner, click the 3 dots (media viewer menu) and forward the video to another chat/channel.
3. Open any video. In the lower right corner we will see a blinking media viewer menu.

Expected behaviour

Media viewer menu should not blink when opening a video

Media viewer menu blinks when opening a video
