audio player scrollbar usable height is somewhat 5-6 pixels and is hard to navigate without misclick on it

increase this bar furthermore when mouse is near

Describe alternatives you've considered

several solutions can be applied as i think: draw it in different(bigger) size by default add keyboard hotkeys to rewind (this can be done in addition to methods above)
