Chat Export does not export the last day

Steps to reproduce

1. I export a chat of a channel. I select the dates 2023-11 untill 16_2023-11-30
2. When I open the export, the last day included is 2023-11-29

Expected behaviour

The last day in the export should include 2023-11-30

Actual behaviour

1. Last day of export is missing
