Deleted account of Group Admin cannot be removed

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an active account (let's say @admx is the username) to group as an admin.
2. Delete @admx account
3. Remove @admx from the admins

Expected behaviour

@admx should be removed even @admx account was deleted

Actual behaviour

@admx cannot be removed when clicking remove button
